1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Takabazi (takabazi.ws) and its users. Takabazi is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms govern the relationship between you and Takabazi.

Takabazi provides services exclusively to individuals who:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is not legally prohibited in your country of residence.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Fully agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Takabazi reserves the right to suspend any account or withdraw services from any individual at any time and without providing a reason, particularly where a breach of these terms is suspected.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on Takabazi. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and balances may be forfeited.

• One account per device/IP — Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification (KYC).
• Use a strong password for your account and never share it with anyone.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Takabazi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered under the same name as your Takabazi account.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level.
• Takabazi reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious transactions.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though your mobile banking operator's fees may apply.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting on Takabazi:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If odds are displayed incorrectly for any reason, Takabazi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Takabazi is not liable for unconfirmed bets in live betting caused by network issues.
• The maximum bet limit per account is set separately for each market and event.

For cricket betting, if a result is determined via the DLS method, that result stands as final. If a match does not reach at least half the scheduled overs, bets may be voided.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Takabazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Welcome Bonus — For new users making their first deposit only.
• Rollover — A specified wagering amount must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Time Limit — Each bonus must be used before its expiry date.
• Minimum Odds — Minimum odds requirements typically apply for bonus rollover.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated in the promotion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takabazi and may result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus arbitrage — attempting to guarantee profits by exploiting multiple bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Colluding with other users.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Takabazi's systems.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Takabazi may close an account either on its own initiative or at the user's request.

• Closed at user's request — You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Closed for terms violation — Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
• Self-Exclusion — As part of Responsible Betting, you can self-exclude your account for a specified period.

After an account is closed, the same individual may not open a new account before their self-exclusion period has ended.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
